MISSOULA – Kathy Jeszenka Kluesner, 34, of Missoula, died of Crohn’s disease Tuesday, Oct. 22, at St. Patrick Hospital. She was born Sept. 8, 1957, in Missoula to Michael and Frieda Jeszenka. She was raised and educated in Missoula, attending Emma Dickinson Elementary School and Hellgate High School. On June 16, 1979, she married Allan Kluesner in Missoula. Kathy loved the outdoors, gardening, wildlife, animals and the woods. A brother, Kenny Jeszenka, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Allan, and a son, Kevin, at the family home; her mother and stepfather, Frieda and Ansel Walston, and her father, Mike Jeszenka, all of Missoula; a brother, Harold Jeszenka, Missoula; two sisters, Linda Johnson and Barbara Geraldson, both of Missoula; and five stepsisters: Kay Wade, Livingston; Delores Brewer, Helena; Jackie Voss, Missoula; Berelene Campbell, Flippin, Ark.; and Carolyn Green, Andover, Ohio, Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Wednesday at Garden City Funeral Home Lamp; Chapel. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joseph P. Sullivan officiating. Cremation will follow services; burial of the urn will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery. A reception will follow services at the Eagles Lodge. The family suggests memorials to the Crohn’s Disease Foundation, in care of the family, 4716 Bailey, Missoula 59802.
